The iZi Modular RF i-Size is part of the innovative modular system for child car seats by the manufacturer BeSafe. This 3-in-1 concept consists of an infant car seat and the successor car seat which both use the same base.

60歲男視力突急速衰退　竟是腦膜瘤上身
60歲莊姓男子右眼視力突然急速衰退，最後只看得到眼前15公分的物體移動，就診後才知罹患腦膜瘤，接受手術及化療，術後視力逐步改善。台南市立安南醫院眼科醫師徐聖曜今天指出，莊男因視力衰退就診，檢查發現，莊男右眼視野完全缺損，只能看到眼前15公分物體移動，腦部掃描顯示腦膜瘤壓迫到視神經。他表示，造成視力逐漸衰退的因素很多，包括白內障、青光眼、糖尿病視網膜病變、老年性黃斑部病變等，但腦膜瘤較少見，也可能造成視力衰退。研究顯示，腦膜瘤發生率約13%，多發生在40歲至60歲，好發於女性，男女比率約1比2，9成屬良性腫瘤，1成屬非典型或惡性腫瘤。腦膜在解剖學分為硬腦膜、蜘蛛網膜、軟腦膜；腦膜瘤是由中層的蜘蛛限定商品活動商品網膜絨毛生出來的，早期無症狀；一般症狀有頭痛越來越頻繁、程度越來越嚴重、平衡能力有問題、癲癇、難以表達想說的話、聽力障礙、運動能力失調、視力模糊衰退、複視、眼球運動異常等。他說，腦膜瘤也可能造成眼底視神經盤水腫，導致視神經萎縮、視力下降及視野缺損。許多人視力出問題時，得注意是否因腦膜瘤引起病變。（中央社）
