進補太油膩會掉髮變禿頭？搶救雄性禿雙管齊下

【華人健康網記者黃曼瑩／台北報導】冬天冷颼颼，又到進補的旺季，許多人大啖羊肉爐、麻油雞、薑母鴨等，這一些進補食材往往過於油膩，一般人的傳統觀念是吃太多這些油脂、刺激性食物，會導致毛囊大量出油，阻塞毛孔，甚至容易造成掉髮；皮膚科醫師表示，其實這是常見迷思，飲食油滋滋並不會直接影響掉髮，甚至導致禿頭！本身是雄性禿的人，掉髮的元凶主要來自基因，而非油膩的食物，但是要儘早對症下「藥」，才是避免提早童山濯濯的王道！

5-alpha還原酶，可分為第一型與第二型，在人體內第一型的5-alpha還原酶主要存在於皮膚（包括頭皮）的皮脂腺及肝臟。而第二型的5-alpha還原酶主要存在於攝護腺、睪丸、肝臟及毛囊，可以說5-alpha還原酶是成為DHT的催化者。正是這個二氫睪固酮讓毛囊萎縮，最後造成掉髮禿頭。

治療雄性禿除了口服藥物，還有搭配植髮

目前治療雄性禿的方法除了口服藥物，還有搭配植髮。

根據臨床統計，服用藥物治療雄性禿，大約有90%可停止掉髮，平均服用半年，大約70%可長髮，即毛囊變胖了，頭髮變粗並漸漸變長。服用藥物的禁忌包括：肝功能要正常、服用後無副作用，建議服用半年至1年，再由醫師診斷評估是否可以繼續服用。但是，切記不要胡亂停藥，避免會繼續掉髮，難以挽回。至於使用口服藥發生男性功能障礙的比例增加僅約2~3%。

雄性禿的人有機會搶救，因為雄性禿治療最重要觀念是預防。雄性禿分成7期，一般是1至3期的患者來看診居多，經過醫師診斷接受治療，或建議以適合的口服藥物搭配植髮，可獲得較好的改善，避免雄性禿更嚴重。如果已經屬於最嚴重的第7期，萎縮的毛囊已經所剩不多，可考慮植髮。

察覺有異常掉髮先諮詢專業醫師

最後，蔡仁雨醫師提醒，網路上流傳許多預防掉髮的偏方，大家勿道聽途說，甚至隨便嘗試，例如大吃海鮮食物補鋅等，因為臨床上缺乏科學証據能証明補鋅可生髮。一旦察覺有異常掉髮的症狀，最好先諮詢專業醫師，及早進行治療，才能把握黃金救援時間，避免惡化變禿頭。
