缺乏蛋白質

人體中有一種成分『白蛋白』，其功能是將細胞中的水分帶到細胞外，當蛋白質攝取不足，白蛋白含量就會減少，而體內為了將白蛋白鎖住，會將水分排出身體外，造成水分缺失，此時血管內外濃度差變大，體液會進入組織間隙，引起水腫的表現。

久坐或久站

不論是辦公室的上班族，或是在外工作的久站族，身體的體液都是靠淋巴管在循環輸送，而當我們久坐久站就會導致淋巴管不通暢，想改善淋巴循環，就必須透過運動，Ricky說，多運動能增強肌肉，肌肉的收縮可幫助循環，減少水腫機率。

建議減少久坐或久站，起來走走，避免維持同一姿勢，方可促進淋巴循環。

飲食吃太鹹

在烹煮或選擇喜愛的料理食，常添加調味料增添風味，其中加入過多鹽分，當鹽分的鈉含量攝取過多，會造成水分被滯留體內，此時就會造成水腫，為了滿足一食口腹之慾，讓自己腫了好幾倍，得不償失。

水喝太少

許多人都有個迷思，認為都已經水腫了，只要少喝水就能消水腫，營養師駁斥，「很少喝水就像遠距離戀愛，久久看到它就會把他抱得緊緊的，很想永不分離。」因此太少喝水，不必要的水分就會滯留，導致水腫。

反觀，飲用充足水分，就像天天同居，對彼此的吸引力就會稍稍減弱，讓多餘水分排除體外，反而達到消除水腫的效果。
