台股量縮震盪 終場下跌26點
美股續漲，亞洲股市卻沒跟進，多數呈現下跌。台股在一開盤短暫觸及9600點之後，隨即滑落到盤下呈現狹幅震盪。蘋概雙雄台積電與鴻海聯袂拉回，蘋概股未有強勢演出，其他電子次族群跟著震盪，儘管股王大立光逆勢揚升，且台塑與台化股價走強，對指數拉動則有限。終場集中市場下跌26點，以9563點作收，成交量受到投資人觀望的影響只有772億元。（張佳琪報導）
台股早盤短暫上漲反應美股行情，才碰觸到9600點大關就拉回，一方面是上檔套牢量的確不少，二方面市場對於美中貿易戰的疑慮。再者，國內重量級電子大廠的法說會即將登場，投資人靜待相關消息。
蘋概股受台積電與鴻海拉回影響，另外，可成十二月營收不佳股價跌勢也重。所幸大立光力挺向上漲幅超過1%，略微穩住蘋概股的氣勢。
受到電子、金融、傳產股零星表現，大盤量縮收低跌26點。豐銀投顧分析師李永年表示，技術面出現島型反轉格局，有利台股反彈。李永年說：「只要兩天內成交量不要出現量價失控走勢，按照島型反轉格局看，台股有機會展開四到八天的強勁反彈」。
值得注意的是，八號市場資金頗為聚焦台塑與台化，兩檔個股漲幅都超過2%。主要是因為台塑集團的美國乙烯裂解場將於第一季量產可望挹助營收，台塑也因此重回百元俱樂部。
